This deposit will be credited to your services when you check out the day of your appointment.\n\nIn the event that you need to reschedule, if it is done within 24 hours of your appointment time, the 50% deposit will apply to your next appointment. However, if the cancellation and/or rescheduling is done after the 24 hours of your appointment time, then it will result in a 50% charge of the service. All No Shows will be charged 100% of the service.\n\nWe highly respect the time of everyone who walks through our door at Alana Kai Salon, including our stylists!
