Cancellation Policy Effective Immediately

Alana Kai Salon is introducing a new policy regarding booking all appointments.

Due to a surge in no-shows and last minute cancellations, we will be requiring a credit card to be on file for all services: 50% deposit will be required for all color services (if booking online, it requires a 50% deposit for all services automatically). This deposit will be credited to your services when you check out the day of your appointment.

In the event that you need to reschedule, if it is done within 24 hours of your appointment time, the 50% deposit will apply to your next appointment. However, if the cancellation and/or rescheduling is done after the 24 hours of your appointment time, then it will result in a 50% charge of the service. All No Shows will be charged 100% of the service.
